Badass Gal celebrates young female creatives that are already going above and beyond.

I like to think of myself as a serial hand-raiser. I always want to get involved, help people and just do things… new things. I’m definitely not the sit around type, I need to be exploring and discovering, and I like my work to match that.

I love working on projects that I know are going to help people. Projects that aren’t quite sure where they’re going yet and one’s that really challenge us to think differently. I’m intrigued by people, the way we think and why we do the things the way we do.

After graduating from UCA I became a runner at AdWeek Europe and D&AD, before doing work experience at adam&eveDDB and a placement at Blue Hive. Eventually, I landed my dream job at iris Worldwide where I worked on a heap of brands, and of course, always offered to get involved as much as I could.

I was heavily involved in iris’ office culture as well as doing portfolio reviews to help young creatives take their first steps into ad world.

I’ve recently swapped London life for Sunny Sydney, so that’s where you’ll find me.
